Hi everyone, I am a boy named Kiwi and I am approaching my first birthday. I have sure learned a lot since meeting the good people at Golden Rescue. I was a bit of an unruly fellow that needed to learn about manners and be better behaved around people. I am still very curious and need to learn that not everyone wants me in their face all the time. My foster Dad says that I am a happy boy who walks much better on leash except for the occasional distraction ~ squirrels, other dogs, people and maybe a leaf or two flying in the air. So I still have a lot to learn but I’m still young, right? It would be good to have a fenced yard and another play buddy so I can burn off some of my excitable energy. Cats are a negative though, along with children, as I can still be a bit bouncy and play bitey when I get excited (which is often). Some of my favourite things are going for long walks, chewing sticks and getting lots of love and attention from my favourite humans. So if you like long walks and getting lots of love, we just might be a match!
