Hi…we’re Sunny and Tito ~ best friends, playmates, roommates and, if we have any say in the matter, future family members. I’m Sunny, the fluffy fellow with the spectacular ears. I’m about 1.5 – 2 years old and I’m a Golden mix. I’m playful, affectionate, and always ready for the next adventure. Walks? Yes. Hikes? Absolutely. Running around outside like a happy lunatic? My specialty. But once the fun is over, I’m also very good at settling down for a well-earned snooze. My story has a sad beginning. My family left me at a dog hotel while they went on vacation and never came back. I waited but they didn’t return. Thankfully, I found something very special while I was there: Tito. Yup, that’s me, Tito…the handsome one with the irresistible grin. I’m about 2.5 years old and I’m loving, sensitive, easy-going, and very good at adapting to whatever life sends my way. I enjoy playing with Sunny, but I’m not quite as committed to his full-speed-ahead lifestyle. Someone has to supervise. We are both wonderful with other dogs (not sure about cats) and completely devoted to each other. Now for the truth, because nobody is perfect…not even adorable us. We can both be protective of food, bones, and treats. We need to enjoy those treasures separately and without anyone invading our dining space. For that reason, any children in our family should be older who understand our boundaries. We’re hoping for an active family with plenty of time for exercise, attention, affection. We are two of the most adorable boys you’ve ever met who have waited far too long to belong somewhere. We already have each other. Now, we just need you.
