Hello! I’m Pippa and I’m around 9.5 years old…apparently. Personally, I think age is just one of those things humans like to discuss. I prefer talking about important things…like walks, car rides, snacks, naps, belly rubs, and whether you remembered to tell me I’m a good girl today. And, speaking of talking…if you say something to me, don’t be surprised if I answer back. I have lots to say. I’m not arguing (well…not usually). I just think conversations work best when everyone gets a turn. My foster family says it’s adorable. I think it’s only polite. Everyone also keeps commenting on my smile. What can I say? Life hasn’t always been easy; however, I’ve decided smiling suits me much better than being sad. I’m told I’m a lovely little lady, although I could shed a few pounds. I think I’m the perfect size for sharing your sofa without taking over the whole thing (notice I said the whole thing…I do intend to claim my fair share LOL). I get along well with other dogs, enjoy my walks, hop happily into the car for an adventure, and although I’ve reached my senior years, nobody seems to have convinced my legs of that yet. I still have plenty of spring in my step. I am not cat tested but I suspect I’d be fine with them because I am an angel. Really, I’m not asking for anything extraordinary. Just someone who’ll smile back when I smile. Someone who’ll answer when I ‘talk’. Someone who believes the best chapters don’t always come first. Because I have a feeling mine is still waiting to be written.
