Hi everyone…my name is Rex and I’m a 2-year-old boy. Before I met the amazing people at GR, I had never been in a house. I came from what you call a ‘backyard breeder’. So, when I first met my lovely foster family, I was frozen with fear. Everything was strange and scary; however, it didn’t take me long to realize that everyone I met only wanted the best for me and suddenly, my life became amazing. I just love people now and I love being made a fuss over. I also love other dogs (so if you have another canine companion for me that would be awesome but it’s not a deal-breaker). I am getting so comfortable with your human ways that I am actually thinking of auditioning for an understudy spot on the TV show Hudson & Rex. I’m told I stand a pretty good chance because I’m smart and I even have my own photo portfolio (whatever that is). I am learning the leash thing, but it is totally new to me. I have figured out the car and I actually love it. I also love running, fetching, and being brushed. Here’s what my foster mom says about me: “If you want a fantastic companion, Rex is your boy. He just loves being with people and has so much love to give to the family who will be lucky enough to adopt him”. How good is that…so, in show business, I would say this is a wrap (ha-ha).
