Hi everybody, my name is Billie and I’m a one-year-old female and I’m mostly Golden but I likely have some Husky in me. When I first met the good people at GR, I was a bit of a mess. I needed a lot of grooming. I didn’t know my name. I wasn’t house or leash trained and I didn’t understand the car. So, basically my amazing foster family were starting from scratch. Holy cow ~ I had so much to learn. I know my name now and I’m pretty close to being house trained. The leash thingy is still a work-in-progress and, slowly but surely, I am getting used to the car. I have been told I am very intelligent so with some patience and consistent training, I’ll be a great addition to your family. I am young so I am naturally energetic. An active family with a big, secure yard and perhaps another dog to play with would be ideal. I can leap tall buildings in a single bound, so I do need to be in a secure area. My foster family describes me as loving, sweet, cuddly, and smart. Those are all good things, right? I do love people and other dogs and I am very enthusiastic with a huge lust for life.
