Hi everybody, my name is Austin and this is my lovely auntie Isabella. I’m almost 5 years old and Isabella is almost 8. We are what you call a ‘bonded pair’ and we’ve been together for as long as I can remember. We love each other so GR wants us to find a home together…and we are very happy that we’re not going to be split up. I’m not sure what I would do if we were as supposedly big boys don’t cry but I think I would anyway. So, you’re going to hear this a lot ~ I am a BIG boy (over 100 lbs); however, I am blissfully unaware of my size as I act like a lap dog and am undoubtedly a professional snuggler. Isabella isn’t quite as big as me but together we would need a bit of room and maybe a nice back yard to run around in. We are both ‘easy’ ~ you can touch us anywhere, loud noises don’t bother us, we’re gentle with our treats, and you can leave us alone if you have to go out without us. The doc says we’re both healthy but I am on Apoquel for a little itchiness. Both of us could use some work on the leash thingy, but we’re pretty well trained on everything else. We’re both very social with all humans, big and small, and other dogs. Cats are probably a no-go though. Here’s what our amazing foster mom says about us: “Austin is a big goofy, charmer and would make a natural therapy dog. He has the softest furriest coat and is an Olympic snuggler. Isabella is a quiet queen and a sweet soul. She is pretty much a couch potato but does she ever love her food. These two love each other and are a pleasure to have in our home.” If you’re looking for a bonded pair to bring you comfort and joy, we will fill your home with more love than you knew possible. And when I say ‘fill’, I mean ‘fill’ (ha-ha)!
