Hi everyone, my name is Pixel and I’m a 1.5-year-old girl. Yes, I’m still a pup in many ways. I was pretty nervous when I arrived in my foster home. In fact, I had never been in a city or seen stairs, so I was understandably scared. It didn’t take me long to figure out I was safe with my amazing foster family so I settled quite well. I’m a lot calmer now and I can do stairs just fine. Some things, however, are still very new to me and unfamiliar sounds still scare me. I don’t like being left alone and I get nervous if I can’t find my family, so at least for now I’m hoping to find a family where someone is home most of the time and will play with me. A fenced backyard would be amazing as I’m happiest running around in my own space rather than handling that leash thingy. I’m not a big fan of the car (yet) so I guess you could call me a real homebody. My foster mom describes me as friendly, playful, loving, patient, and sociable. I don’t know a lot of your human words but those do sound really good. I do love my food and I’m not a fussy eater. Pretty much anything to eat is fine with me. The doc says I’m a healthy girl and my foster mom says I’m a sweetheart, so I hope these are enough for you to want to meet me. I sure would love to meet you!
