Hi everybody, my name is Olie and I’m a 7-year-old boy. When I first met the good people at GR, I was very anxious. I was always panting and drinking tons of water. Once I realized how amazing you all are, especially my foster family, I calmed right down. Now, I live a happy, active life with my wonderful fosters, who are looking after me until I find the perfect forever family. How great is that? I am a pretty active boy and I don’t sleep during the day. That’s because there are too many things that get my attention, so if you are an active family, I might just be the perfect boy for you. I am very adaptable and will adjust to your lifestyle. As active as I am, I am also a snuggler so if you just want to chill at times, that’s fine with me as long as I’m with you. I love people and children, although because I’m not exactly gentle (yet) and have possessive tendencies, older children would be better. I am okay with other dogs, although I can be dominant and am not fond of sharing my toys. For some weird reason, I also don’t like German Shepherds…go figure. I was asked if I like cats and I don’t have any experience with them but I suspect I shouldn’t live with them as I have a high prey drive. My foster mom says I’m smart and I’ve already improved with my leash walking, although it is still a work-in-progress. As much as I love being made a fuss over, I don’t like being brushed. The doc says I’m a healthy boy and I certainly feel great. Oh, I also love the car and can be left alone at home. Well, that’s my story…short and sweet. Well, I’m not exactly short but I am sweet (hee-hee).
