Hi everybody in GoldenRescueLand…my name is Archie and I’m almost 2 years old. The good people at GR have been looking after me and my amazing foster family have been fabulous. They told me that I have done so well with them that I am ready to find my new forever family. Holy gee…that’s really exciting. It’s scary too, but I have to admit, I’m a little proud of myself. Now, I really try not to be a bother to anyone. I’m actually just like Archie in the comics ~ a nice guy, easy to get along with, and I love all people especially Jughead and Veronica (hehe). I also love all dogs, especially Jughead’s dog, Hotdog. Okay, okay, I know it’s just a comic but I was just trying to prove to you that I love everybody. I have good energy, but I also enjoy just hanging out. You can touch me anywhere and the doc says I’m a big healthy boy. Here’s what my foster mom says about me: “Archie is a very sweet, adorable boy. He has been a delight to foster. He is extremely loving and just wants to be involved in our daily activities.” Like my comic book namesake, I too make some dumb mistakes but it’s important to note that they’re always with good intentions…after all, I am a typical Golden with a heart of gold.
