Hi everyone…my name is Wally and I’m a one-year-old pup. Since I met the good people at GR, I love my life. I was a stray and that was pretty scary for a youngster like me. Everyone has been so kind to me, especially my amazing foster mom who has taken such good care of me. She has been showing me the ropes and says I have done very well with my training. The leash thingy is still a work-in-progress but even that is getting better. I have a lot of puppy energy but I also love chilling…so as you can see, I’m a flexible boy. I am gentle with my treats. You can touch me anywhere and I can be left alone if you have to go out without me. Loud noises don’t bother me and I’m not a big barker. I love people and other dogs and I’m a very playful goofball who just loves life. Believe me, I’m not perfect as I’m still a puppy and can be a bit rambunctious and stubborn; however, with continuous love and attention, I think I might just be perfect soon (tee-hee). Here’s what my foster mom says about me, “Wally is such a special and sweet pup who will blossom with the right forever family. He had a rough start in life, but you would never know it given how loving, trusting, and happy he is.” I think I’m the way I am because of all the love I’ve gotten and now I’ll be safe forever. I’m truly the epitome (big word for me, eh?) of a lucky dog!
