Copper has been an amazing addition to our family. From the first day he arrived, he settled right into our daily routine, forging special relationships with each of us. He is the quintessential Golden with his playful and loving spirit. The first year that he was here, he was known in the neighbourhood as ‘Copper the Hopper’ because he got so excited to say hello to everyone that all four legs left the ground. As a mature 3-year-old, he still displays this behaviour from time-to-time when he steals winter hats off unsuspecting heads. He is quite the character and we love him to bits. Copper is an amazing adventure buddy, joining us on hikes and drives. He LOVES to swim and entertains onlookers with his underwater retrieving skills. He loves to collect sticks on his walks and we have uncovered a whole collection of them in our backyard.
