Things with Auggie have been great. Everyone said he would calm down at some point but we see no signs of that. He is a bundle of fun and energy and he keeps us on the go. Health-wise, we are still monitoring his hips and his one good eye continues to be stable. You’d never know he was blind in one eye other than being a little clumsier than your average pup. Auggie joined our family through Golden Rescue in 2022 and we couldn’t be more grateful. Originally from Egypt, he made the journey to Canada and has been embracing every adventure since. His energy and loving personality bring so much joy to our lives. He adores playing with the neighborhood dogs and meeting anyone who will say hello on our walks. Some of his favourite adventures include trips to Nova Scotia where he can run on the beach and camping trips where he can swim and play all day. We can’t imagine life without him and we’re so thankful to Golden Rescue for bringing this sweet, adventurous boy into our lives.
