Hiro is wonderful. He’s a social butterfly when it comes to his human friends and they all love him. When he sees a dog friend, he gives them a quick hello and moves on. He puts up with my son’s Golden; however, the best part for him is when she goes home. He loves walks, swimming, car rides while wearing his seatbelt proudly, mud puddles, getting brushed, and chilling on the front porch watching the world go by. The post office, hardware, and local pet stores are his favourite places. Why? Because he gets treats! He’s even found a way to open the bathroom door when I’m in there. He’s my soul mate, always by my side, cuddling usually covered in yarn as I crochet. One of the best days in my life was our Gotcha Day, March 13, 2000.
