Lee Trempe
Lee has been a treasured supporter of Golden Rescue almost since its inception. As a member of the Board in the early years, Lee helped grow GR into what it is today. Stepping back during its growing-pain years to enable fresh blood to come in with new ideas, Lee stayed involved helping many fundraising efforts including the golf tournament and the Wishbone Lottery. Lee has fostered, done home visits and transports, and helped out at various events. She has also adopted four beautiful Goldens ~ Golden #189, Skye #416,and Kilo #1367. She is currently sharing her life with Cobi #2748. Lee’s primary role is being the interface between the intake team and foster families and the intake team do not know what they would do without her help. Lee is also the editor of ‘The Loop’, which goes to our fosters on a quarterly basis. No one can remember a time when Lee was not involved in the organization and she brings a certain insight to the group that only years of experience can provide. Thank you, Lee, for all you have done and all you continue to do. You are amazing and we are so lucky to have had you at our side all these years.
